Rochon was born in Torrance, Los Angeles suburb of Torrance and is the daughter of Zelma who is a nurse practitioner, and Samuel Staples, a business owner and graphic artist. Cerritos high school located in Cerritos is where she graduated from. In 1986 she received her bachelor's degree with honors from California State University, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH) in which she obtained a bachelor's in broadcast journalism. Her degree also included minors in theatre and sociology. Rochon's first visit to CSUDH was in 2016 when she spoke at commencement of CSUDH's College of Arts and Humanities.

Heather Storm, a television producer & travel writer for a major network is one of the TV's most popular hosts. She is a car lover and has served as the TV host, producer and writer for various networks. Heather is the creator and host of the online travel program, Drive Yourself Local, in which she travels across America in her classic 1965 Ford Mustang sharing local slices of life in small towns. Heather has appeared on a number of TV and film series such as Nightingale and Epic Movie.

Ullerup first appeared first in Battlestar Galactica remake, the Sci Fi Channel's 2006 TV show. She played Julia Brynn. The actress played Ashley Magnus on the Sanctuary television series in its first season and the second one until the show was cancelled. Her departure led to heated discussion among supporters. There was a desire to have her back in future episodes, but the show was cancelled in 2012. In the year 2016, Ullerup was cast as Bree O'Brien in Chesapeake Shores. Ullerup played Maggie Thomas in Asteroid: Final Impact, the movie that chronicles the disaster of 2015. Ullerup is a character in Dale Travers, is one of the recurring characters in Hallmark's Signed, Sealed, Delivered, movies since 2016.

Yvonne Joyce Craig (May 16 1936 - - August 17, 2015), was an American actress, ballet dancer and choreographer.
